What to Expect Now that you have bought the eBook
It is VERY important that you maintain communications with TFC at all times!
A - If you are going to participate in the FREE dispute assistance process.....we need a CONFIRMED credit report sent to thefulfillmentcenter@msn.com ASAP. You may obtain a FREE copy of your credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com. Once you send it to us....you will receive a CONFIRMATION email back from TFC letting you know we received the report. If you do not receive a confirmation.....we did NOT receive it....please allow 48 hours for confirmation.
B - If two people are listed on a purchase application....we need credit reports on BOTH people before any analysis is done and initial letters drafted. Where two people are listed on an application.....BOTH will be listed on the initial letters TOGETHER......with 1/2 of the negative accounts being from BOTH individuals. THIS IS MANDATORY! This is a required step in forcing the credit bureaus to verify ALL accounts and separate your credit files from day one....no exceptions!
C - Our Processing Team is very efficient and make every effort to maintain 100% accuracy....but human error is a factor when physically preparing your drafts. Please make sure you check all drafts for accuracy. Once your credit report (s) has/have been received and confirmed......they are immediately placed in the next 24 hour workflow....so your initial letters will usually be sent to you within 48 hours. This timeframe may increase to 72 hours if received on a Friday afternoon.
D - Once your initial letters have been sent to you.....please REPLY to the email containing the dispute letters, Instruction letter, Thank You letter & Process Tracking Sheet. This will alert us that you have received your initial letters. At this time you will be set up on our Aweber Newsletter System. It may take a couple of weeks to receive your first newsletter.....but once they begin...you will receive them for 16 consecutive weeks. They will highlight eBook features, news and reminders of keeping in constant communications with us. After the initial 16 newsletters....you will continue to receive a daily newsletter from us explaining the eBook, tips, techniques and Q&A sessions.
E - It is imperative that you get the initial letters signed, ID included in each envelope ( 2 forms of ID - Drivers License, SSN Card, Utility bill, W-2, pay stub, passport, military ID, etc.....choose two of the above ) and sent to the three (3) credit bureaus ASAP! You may send them with a signature required.....but ONLY the initial time sending the letters out. Once this has been done.....the waiting begins! We do not have any influence or control over the credit bureaus at all. They have "namely" 30 days to investigate your dispute.....which in real time means about 45 days. You will receive an "acknowledgement" letter from the three (3) credit bureaus in about 17 days from the day they were sent out. These "acknowledgement letters can be very deceiving. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF THEM ON YOUR OWN! While an acknowledgement may appear to state the credit bureau will not investigate your dispute.....or that you are illegally trying to dispute items on your credit report......or that you didn't send in the correct identification.....or that you may follow up and respond to this dispute online.......that is all FALSE or MIS-LEADING information designed to get you to back off and not continue or complete this investigation......LET US RESPOND TO EVERYTHING ON YOUR BEHALF! Please remember that this is not a test.....you are not our first client....not even our 188,000th client. Please understand when we respond to you and tell you that a letter is an acknowledgement.....99.99999% of the time we are completely correct.
F - We know that this is extremely stressful on you to even be in this situation.......and know that we do not judge you.....almost everyone here in our company has had a need for the same Credit Restoration you are getting. We are very passionate about helping to restore your great credit profile and we will do whatever it takes, legally, to assist you in getting there.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DAY WE RECEIVE THEM TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE BACK. YOU WILL KNOW WE RECEIVED THEM BECAUSE WE SEND YOU BACK A CONFIRMATION OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE TO OUR OFFICE!
H - If two people are on the application.....the credit bureaus ( all three ) will respond individually to each of you......if they don't....... we go after them with a delay letter and make them comply.
Again to re-iterate.......NEVER allow more than 45 days to pass without a response from the bureaus. We are only ASSISTING you and do not receive anything here unless YOU SEND IT. YOU must contact US for this to work.
